You may return any clothing item within 14 days of receipt for any reason. This is a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. The 14 days period begins on the date you receive the item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. To initiate a return, contact [email protected]. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will approve or reject the refund. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. This means from the date of approval, at least 14 days are required for funds to appear in your account. For PayPal refunds, the refund takes at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. We do not issue refunds after 14 days from receipt. No exceptions. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must contact [email protected] and provide photographs of the damage or defect and your order number.
