Returns and Refunds

14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
The 14 days period begins on the date of receipt. The refund request must be sent within exactly 14 days. The returned clothing item must be shipped according to the instructions provided by Kai Yip Limited. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless Kai Yip Limited states otherwise. Kai Yip Limited will inspect the returned item after receipt. If the return meets the requirements, Kai Yip Limited will approve the refund.
Refund Processing Times
After Kai Yip Limited approves a refund, refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. The exact time depends on the payment provider, banking network, and financial institution. Kai Yip Limited does not control the internal processing time of banks or payment providers. You must monitor your account and contact your payment provider for updates after the refund is issued.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Kai Yip Limited will submit the refund to PayPal after approval. PayPal and your financial institution determine when funds appear in your account. You agree that Kai Yip Limited is not responsible for delays caused by PayPal or your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt.
